Army Chief, Buratai reveals those behind insecurity in Nigeria

The Chief of Army Staff, Lt.- Gen. Tukur Buratai, on Wednesday, blamed some vanquished government officials in the finished up general decisions of being in charge of the current increased weakness in parts of the nation.
