The Nigeria newspaper report that the Chief Nwodo was reacting to the unfortunate death of Mrs. Regina Mba, who was found dead in farmland in Nchatancha Nike, in the local government area of ​​Enugu East.

In a statement, over the weekend, by his Special Adviser on Media and Advertising, Chief Emeka Attamah, Nwodo “ordered the state government not to be distracted by the enemies of progress, but to continue carrying out the measures it has implemented to secure lives and property in the state. ”

The president-general asked security agencies to unravel the conspiracy and the tendency of thugs who try to make the state insecure through incessant kidnappings and murders that until now were absent.

Therefore, he requested a thorough investigation into the death of the woman in Nchatancha Nike, stating that although the Ohanaeze Ndigbo Executive in Enugu state had visited the victim’s home, it was still necessary to add his voice to the conviction of The cruel and inhuman act.

Chief Nwodo took pity on the family of the deceased and urged them to endure the loss with strength. He asked for general surveillance and precautions among the people to cut these acts from the roots.
