The Chief of Staff of the Governor of the Ekiti State, Hon. Biodun Omoleye has commissioned the members of the All Progressives Congress(APC) in the area of the local government of Ijero of the state to work assiduously for the success of all candidates of the match on December 7, 2019, local government elections in the state.
Latest Nigeria newspaper report that Omoleye, who expressed optimism about the victory of all party candidates in the council elections, also urged members to embark on an aggressive house-to-house campaign and voter mobilization for elections.
The Chief of Staff gave the position during the inauguration of the members of the LG APC Ijero Campaign Committee in Ijero – Ekiti on Tuesday.
Praising the support of the members for the successes recorded in the previous elections, Omoleye urged them not to rest in their oars, but be prepared to make another success story in the December council elections.
Latest Nigeria newspaper report that He said: “We are very optimistic and hopeful that on December 7 the APC will win all the councilor seats in the local government of Ijero and deliver the presidency to our big party.”
Omoleye, appealed to the injured members who lost during the primaries of the party so as not to be discouraged, ensuring that their interest will be accommodated.
“We appeal to all contestants who did not arrive at the post so as not to be discouraged, the party is prepared to accommodate everyone, this is not a winner, it is taken to all parties, it is an inclusive agreement, we will ensure that the Government in the council considers the interest of all.
“No community will be left unattended, no matter how small and at any time from now on begin to see the benefits and dividends of state democracy. “You have supported this party and the government is ready to support you.” He said.
