Gov Emmanuel Udom Reveal How Niger Delta will be liberated soon

Udom Emmanuel, the governor of Akwa Ibom, lamented on Saturday the flood of underdevelopment in the Niger Delta, particularly the state of the East-West highway.

The governor declared that the region would be released soon. Emmanuel also revealed that, as governor, people don’t know how much he and his colleagues in the region spent to ensure oil flows.

According to him, “The Niger Delta is the best place on earth, and that is why God blessed us with so many resources, but we are being treated as if we were not doing the nation a favor and there will come a time when we will be released. ”

He announced his position in the palace of the kingdom of Ovie of Agbon, HRM Ukori I in Isiokolo, local government area of ​​Eastern Ethiopia of the Delta State during a courtesy visit to the monarch.

Speaking before, the monarch in his speech applauded the governor’s development efforts in the development of the state of Akwa Ibom.

He said: “I am not surprised by his achievements as governor of the state of Akwa Ibom.

“After serving his first term in office, he assumed the challenge of returning to the office for a second term since his achievements were visible and highlighted for all to see.”
