Recruitment: Candidates for the short police list reveal the date of the proficiency test

The Police Service Commission has revealed that 80,724 people have been shortlisted after the coordinated screening exercise in all the states of Nigeria.

The PSC in a statement through its spokesperson, Ikechukwu Ani, stated that the shortlisted candidates after the evaluation would be submitted to an aptitude test on August 3, 2019, across the country.

Also, he stated that he is currently sending SMS to the telephone lines of the shortlisted candidates to inform them of the aptitude test that is scheduled to begin at 8 am.

Candidates have also been advised to “verify the full list of the Commission’s website, www.psc.org.ng or visit the headquarters of the State Command in their states where the complete list will be pasted.”

PSC, however, warned candidates to stay away from exam negligence as any trapped person will be arrested and punished.

At the close of the Commission’s recruitment portal on January 11, 2019, a total of 315,032 applications were received, but 210,150 applicants were shortlisted for the selection exercise.
