Rivers APC crisis: Amaechi’s ally mocks Senator Abe, predicts his political future

The former secretary of national publicity for the late new People’s Democratic Party (nPDP) and head of the All Progressive Congress, APC, in the state of Rivers, Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, described Wednesday’s ruling against Senator Magnus Abe as thorough and thorough.

Eze, who made his position known through a statement he signed and made available to Latest nigeria newspaper, said the ruling has resolved all speculations and uncertainties about the future of Rivers APC, which has been wrapped up in a furious internal crisis.

The court, in a ruling, eliminated the plaintiffs’ prayers and annulled the interlocutory mandate against the conduct of the congresses, citing that the action was instituted by an incorrect legal procedure and further affirming that the trial of a court cannot be interpreted by another court of coordinated jurisdiction.

Eze said that with the result of the “historical trial”, Abe’s political problems had just increased, and he said that “after distancing himself from the political family that brought him to the spotlight, for reasons that only he knows, he has been courting a series of problems at every step of his impious political maneuver.
