Nigeria’s Super Eagles will face Yellow-Blue of Ukraine in an international friendly match at Dnipro Arena on Tuesday night.
Gernot Rohr’s men will use the match in preparation for the qualification of the 2021 African Cup of Nations, AFCON, against the Benin Squirrels in November, while Andriy Shevchenko’s team prepares for the 2020 European Championship.
This is the first time the Super Eagles will play together after their bronze medal achievement at the 2019 African Cup of the Nation, AFCON, in Egypt. Paolo Valerie will be the central referee of Nigeria’s clash against Ukraine.
Nigeria will be without the likes of Ahmed Musa, Wilfried Ndidi and Tyronne Ebuehi due to injuries.
The match will be televised live on Supersports 9.
The start time of the game is at 7:30 pm.
