Nigeria election: Hearing of Atiku’s petition against Buhari begins Wednesday

The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal is to start knowing about the appeal by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and its competitor, Atiku Abubakar against the decision of President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

The second, checked: CA/PEPC/002/2019 was recorded on March 18 this year by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and its hopeful in the decision, Atiku Abubakar.

The third checked: CA/PEPC/003/2019 was recorded by the Coalition for Change (C4C) and Jeff Ojinika, who professed to be the gathering’s presidential competitor.

The fourth appeal checked: CA/PEPC/004/2019, was recorded on March 19 this year by the People’s Democratic Movement (PDM) and Pastor Aminchi Habu, marked as the gathering’s presidential competitor.

Atiku is demanding that the outcome from the server of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) affirmed he crushed President Buhari.

The lawful group of Atiku and the PDP is being driven by Livy Uzoukwu (SAN).
